Welcome!

We hope the following information proves helpful as you move into your new apartment!

RENT

Rent is due on the first of each month! It is late by the 5th of each month. Please make sure that your rent payments are received by our office on time! We encourage you to go ahead and take advantage of our online tenant portal to make rent payments. We strongly prefer this system over physical checks which as too many have been lost or delayed by the postal system.

MAINTENANCE

If you have any maintenance problems, please use the tenant portal to let us know. Our dedicated teams of property managers and maintenance staff will promptly attend to it.
If you have an emergency after business hours, that canít wait until business hours, besides putting in a work order on the tenant portal, you may call our office where you will be directed to an emergency answering service you can call that will report your problem to our after hours emergency personnel.
NOTE! Window covering and light bulb replacement is the tenantís responsibility and not a maintenance issue. You also must have a plunger handy, as you will be charged for the visit if you make a service call for a clogged toilet and have no plunger.

UTILITIES

Heat and hot water are included in your rent. When you move in, you will need to call for any other utility services that you require, typically gas for the stove, electricity, phone, cable and internet access. We have provided the numbers for the companies that provide Boston with these services:

In accordance with the Condominium rules and regulations, satellite dishes are not allowed.

LAUNDRY

In most properties, laundry facilities are located in the basement. If you experience any difficulty with the laundry machines, please note the number of the machine, how much money was lost, if any, and report the problem to the company listed in the laundry room immediately.

PARKING

There may be a parking lot behind your building. This lot contains spaces that are rented out and are separate from the apartments.
Do not park in the lot if you have not rented a space. You will be towed at you own expense. C W Management may rent spaces in that lot. If you are in need of a parking space, call us for prices and availability.

PETS

There are no pets allowed in the building, although we may allow a cat upon request.
